The journal “Zeszyty Łużyckie” is published yearly on license as specified in the standard Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 PL (CC BY) (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/pl/legalcode). By submitting the work, the Author of the work gives consent to its sharing as ruled by this license. The Licensor grants the Publisher (Wydawnictwa Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego – University of Warsaw Press) license with a 5-year time limit (after this date, consent is granted indefinitely), in the following fields of exploitation:

• 
  capture and reproduction in any number of copies (including translations to other languages) using techniques available at the time of conclusion of this agreement: all forms of print, digital technique, reprography, magnetic record, record on photographic film, and marketing of the copies;
  • entering data into the Publisher’s computer network;
  • distribution of the work so as to render it available to anyone at any chosen time and place, in particular via distribution via IT networks, including computer networks (Internet, local networks), telephone networks, and/or other networks available at the time of conclusion of this contract;

  • copying and reproduction using photomechanical technologies and/or other technologies available at the time of conclusion of this contract;
  • public performance of the work;
  • use for purposes of advertising and promotion, including via computer networks.
